President

Pete, the Senior Vice President for The Seltzer Group and President of Island Breeze Insurance, has been in the insurance industry for 23 years. As a second-generation insurance agent, following in his father Bruce’s footsteps, Pete focuses his efforts on the operational efficiencies of the agency, leading our Administration, Finance, and Marketing teams in their efforts to grow and continue the prosperity of the agency and its relationships.

Pete eagerly works to ensure a smooth transition during agency acquisitions, taking pride in serving our clients. With each acquisition, The Seltzer Group expands its footprint to a larger region and group of clients. He keeps our clients’ financial interests at the forefront of his mind and strives to ensure we are properly fulfilling the needs to protect them if they are faced with the unpredictable. He works tirelessly with our carriers to continuously deliver on our promises to our clients.

Vice President

Lisa Doran, CIC, CPRM, is the Vice President of Island Breeze Insurance Agency, LLC and a true veteran of the ever-evolving insurance industry with over 30 years of experience writing insurance. Lisa’s primary focus is to ensure that the client, their families, and their assets are fully protected.  With her extensive knowledge of the unique risks that can impact successful individuals and families and her strong industry relationships, reputations, and product knowledge, she provides the highest professional standard of services to her clients- rooted in trust, empathy, and thoughtful guidance. To fulfill her duties to her clients, she remains a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Professional Risk Manager.

Our entrepreneurship began as our Pottsville location was started in 1994 by Bruce Krammes and Bob Seltzer, with the help of Lisa Doran. Lisa now owns a residence in Florida, just blocks away from our Island Breeze Insurance office.

Cheryl Bridegam

Cheryl Bridegam

Account Manager

Cheryl Bridegam, CISR, CMSR, brings her clients a wealth of experience, expertise, and innovative solutions. With an industry track record of 46 years, she has amassed a great deal of knowledge in the ever-evolving insurance industry. Cheryl successfully completed and maintained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1992 and her Certified Master Service Representative (CMSR) designation in 2009.

Cheryl is an account manager who uses her skill set, background, and credentials to advise her clients on the best coverage while building positive relationships. Her passion for insurance stems from her desire to protect people and their families.

Jackie Capozzi-Herrmann

Marine Specialist

Jackie’s career started right out of high school, with over 35 years in the insurance business. Born on Long Island, Jackie spent many years working with clients to provide quality home, auto, and umbrella insurance close to the shore. She worked for larger carriers before moving into the agency aspect of the business. She enjoys working one-on-one with the client instead of working behind the scenes. Jackie brings a strong customer service background to the agency as well. Understanding what you need to protect some of your most important investments is one of her strong points.  Jackie will take the time to explain each coverage to you in a way you can relate to.

Along with the coastal home experience, Jackie holds 15 years in the marine insurance industry. As a prior boat owner and marine agent, she is well versed in coverages and mechanical aspects of boats and yachts.  Florida boating is one of her specialties, as many of our clients live aboard their vessels.

Mario Stuart

Director of Benefits

Mario Stuart, Director of Benefits for the Seltzer Group and Principal of Stuart Benefits Consulting, is excited about expanding the Seltzer Group into Florida with its Island Breeze location. Mario has been consulting on employee benefits packages for many employers and guiding for over 15 years. 

He has a passion for and takes pride in having a direct impact on reducing a business’s 2nd or 3rd largest expenditure, healthcare.  He also has a passion for aiding the Medicare population, guiding with Medicare enrollment, Social Security, and ultimately filling the gaps of Medicare with Medicare supplement plans, prescription drug plans (part D), and Medicare advantage plans (part C).
